Cushman & Wakefield: Manhattan office market is starting to stabilize

A Cushman & Wakefield report suggests the Manhattan office market is beginning to stabilize as leasing activity has increased 221% year over year. Also, asking rents have stabilized during the past 10 months after dropping 25% to $54.35 per square foot from 2008.
