Live local ratings, privacy concerns top 4A's panel agenda

Lobbying Nielsen to restore live local ratings, addressing privacy issues and helping agencies communicate better with clients about their fees are among the top priorities of Bill Koenigsberg, the new chairman of the 4A's Media Policy Committee. On containing costs, Koenigsberg, founder and CEO of Horizon Media, said: "It's about dialog and transparency, which I think we need more of so that everyone understands the different steps on the value equation."
