LPG makes racer too hard to catch, say rivals

A liquid petroleum gas-powered Ford Focus earned the victory in the latest race of the British Touring Car Championship, and it left rivals lamenting the car's ability to leave conventionally fueled vehicles in the dust. Drivers say the LPG auto's straight-line acceleration make it all but impossible to catch. "The gas car has got so much acceleration, it's just a shame some cars have got such an advantage," says one driver.
