Ocado invites loyal customers to buy shares

Ocado, an online grocery retailer, has written to customers who have spent £300 in a set period of time to participate in the share sale of its IPO. Ocado's IPO is scheduled for July, but could change. "It is our intention to offer current customers the chance to buy shares if we go ahead," said CEO Tim Steiner. The retailer will consider floating "when the market conditions are right".
