EEOC is accepting comments on proposed GINA rule

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has proposed employers use the same record-keeping to comply with the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act as they do for Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Public comments on the proposal are due by Aug. 1.
