Teach for America recruits could be placed in Ohio schools in 2012

Teach for America plans to place teachers in Ohio schools for the first time by fall 2012, the group's founder, Wendy Kopp, said during a visit to Cleveland on Monday. State officials waived traditional-certification requirements for teachers in April, specifically paving the way for the group's recruits to be placed in the state's schools.
