The Interactive Advertising Bureau is promoting mobile advertising through a "Tap Into Mobile" website created in conjunction with Google's GoMo initiative. The digital dashboard on the site encourages analysis of a publisher's mobile user experience and provides industry standard mobile guidelines, best practices, data points and case studies, writes Mark Walsh. Most major corporations lack mobile-specific sites. "We can only imagine how many smaller businesses are in dire need of a mobile upgrade," said IAB Mobile Marketing Center of Excellence's vice president and general manager, Anna Bager.
