BNSF's newly opened economic development office in Bismarck, N.D., is expected to strengthen the Class I's relations with the state and support industrial growth, according to BNSF. "More than 50% of the state's Bakken crude production can move to market on our rail network," said Vann Cunningham, BNSF assistant vice president of economic development.
