Lockheed CEO calls on aviation industry to endorse NextGen

Marilyn Hewson, CEO of Lockheed Martin, appealed to aviation industry members during a speech in Washington, D.C., asking them to endorse the Next Generation Air Transportation System. "Congress has to make tough choices about where to focus scarce resources for the future," Hewson said. "We need the whole team unified behind that business case -- telling the same compelling story -- and demonstrating why this investment is the right one for America's future."
