Organic food fanatic creates 8-course local, raw, vegan dinners

Scott Franklin Manning's desire for a completely organic, healthy dinner led him to start Locavoire, a dinner series featuring only 100% organic, vegan, raw, local food from the Los Angeles area. During the eight course dinner, guest chefs will talk with diners about the food, which is served with non-alcoholic, freshly made "elixirs."
