Analysis: Redstone faces new challenges at Viacom

With Mel Karmazin gone, Viacom chief Sumner M. Redstone now must turn his attention to lifting the media conglomerate's stock price, which has lagged in recent years. To do this, Redstone must cede some control of the company's dealmaking to his new captains, Les Moonves and Tom Freston, both of whom are likely to push the envelope, a report says.
