Feds make arrests in VoIP investigation

Federal authorities arrested two men, one in Miami and one in Spokane, Wash., for allegedly hacking into the networks of VoIP providers and stealing more than 10 million minutes of service. The Miami man allegedly sold the minutes to VoIP resellers for rates as low as 0.4 cents a minute.
