Illegal immigrants say they've been left out of college pledge

After Denver's mayor promised 366 middle-schoolers four years ago that he'd find money to pay for their college tuition if they stayed in school and did well, 38 have so far fulfilled their part of the agreement. But while Mayor John Hickenlooper is covering in-state tuition for all 38, at least 10 of the immigrant students in that group are undocumented, and lack the funds to pay the difference for the much more expensive out-of-state tuition that state law requires they pay due to their immigration status.
