Real-Time Marketing is the moniker for a new unit of Draftfcb, New York, that combines its media, digital and customer-relationship management practices. The new division, which includes 100 of the agency's 600 staffers in the Big Apple, is being helmed by Chief Media Officer Richard Gagnon.
