NTSB hearings expected to reveal new bird-strike data

Due to wide interest throughout every sector of the aviation industry, this week's NTSB hearings into the Hudson River splashdown of US Airways Flight 1549 have been extended from two days to three, with live streaming available on the Internet. The hearings will get under way on Tuesday in Washington and could include bird-strike data never before made public.
