Poll: Agency execs see signs of turnaround

More than four in 10 agency executives believe the worst is over for the economic downturn compared with a little more than a third of clients, a survey by RSW/US has found. Slightly more than half of each group believes there will be some slippage in ad expenditures during the second half of 2009, according to the poll.
