Can Kevin Costner save the Gulf Coast?

Kevin Costner could hold the key to repairing the damage from the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. The film star has invested $24 million to develop an "ocean therapy" device that uses centrifuges to separate oil from water at a rate of 200 gallons per minute. The Army Corps of Engineers is examining six of the gadgets, with a view toward deploying them along the Gulf Coast.
