Hawaiian Airlines carries fewer passengers in May

Hawaiian Airlines carried 1.4% fewer passengers in May, as the number of passengers declined to 685,051 from 694,543 in May 2009. Hawaii's largest airline flies to the mainland U.S., the Philippines, Australia, American Samoa and Tahiti. Hawaiian Airlines has flown 3.3 million passengers from Jan. 1 through May.
