Wyo. regulators pass new drilling rules

Energy companies operating in Wyoming will be required to disclose the chemicals they use in a number of drilling techniques, including hydraulic fracturing, under rules approved by the state's Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. "They appear on the surface to be workable," Rick Robitaille, the Petroleum Association of Wyoming's vice president.
