Carnegie Mellon posts record for women in computer science

Carnegie Mellon University is helping to close the gender gap in computer science. Data show a record 40% of incoming computer science students at the school are women. The school has posted an average 21% graduation rate for women in computer science since 2008, while data show the national average for 2012-13 was 14%.
