Slowdown in gas price decrease may signal coming increase

A recent study found that, while gas prices still are falling, the rate at which they are decreasing has slowed. Some analysts caution this slowdown in decreases, as well as OPEC's decision to tighten crude oil supplies, might signal that gas prices have bottomed out.
