Chocolate "snobs" treat it like fine wine

Chocolate tastings, where enthusiasts nibble fine, dark bars and discuss the percentages of cacao fat in each, are not unlike wine tastings, says Washington Post columnist Robert L. Wolke. Milk chocolate bars contain as little as 10% cacao, just enough to be classified as chocolate by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Fine dark chocolate contains 65% to 85% cacao content.
