Media Ratings Council calls for end to anti-LPM campaign; Nielsen selects advisory group

The Media Rating Council, a TV industry group that monitors ratings trackers, is calling on News Corp. to cease funding a PR campaign against Nielsen Media Research. Separately, Nielsen announced that it has selected an 10-member task force that will help ensure that Nielsen's new LPM measurement system delivers accurate data samples.
