Two Focus executives indicted in Sears case

Thomas Edward Rubin and Thomas Patrick Sullivan, respectively chairman and CFO of the defunct independent agency Focus Media, were indicted in Los Angeles on charges of stealing $23 million from Sears Roebuck and Co. out of funds slated for the purchase of advertisements.
