Westchester County to recognize all out-of-state marriages

New York's Westchester County will be the first in the state to recognize marriages performed legally in other places. The executive order issued Wednesday grants married same-sex couples equal privileges as opposite-sex couples to such things as county parks and the right to request emergency family housing.
