Virtual Missouri school saw many "window-shoppers" in first year

Some 1,800 students completed classes they signed up for through Missouri's online school when it made its debut in the 2007-2008 school year, but several other enrollees failed to complete their coursework. The virtual school offers classes that many smaller districts cannot, including Latin and AP statistics.
