Resolving office feuds

Sometimes office arguments are prolonged because the participants stand to gain influence from the feud, writes John Baldoni. The key to ending these arguments is to understand what prompted the fight and what each party is trying to accomplish, he writes. Baldoni suggests managers try to resolve conflicts by uniting their workers in a common purpose, while being careful not to take sides.
