SEC seeks info on pension-fund business dealings

The Securities and Exchange Commission has asked Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs Group, Credit Suisse Group and other Wall Street firms to provide information about their pension-fund business dealings, sources said. "The SEC is interested in finders' fees and other payments, and the work done in exchange for those payments," said John Nester, an SEC representative.
