Dairy foods may help keep heart healthy, study says

Women who consumed the most dairy fat had a 26% lower risk of heart attack while men saw a 9% reduction, a Swedish study found. Researchers said dairy foods contain saturated fat, but there is evidence they also may help the heart by lowering blood pressure or reducing cholesterol levels.
