Study shows dairy fat may lower heart attack risk

In a study, women who ate the most dairy fat saw a 26% reduction in heart attack risk, while men lowered their risk by 9%. The researchers looked at biomarkers of milk fat in 444 heart attack patients and 556 healthy controls for the study, funded partly by the National Dairy Council/Dairy Management.
