Teaching doctors to cook may spur patients to do same

Harvard Medical School's Dr. David Eisenberg has joined with the Culinary Institute of America to teach physicians to feel comfortable in the kitchen so they can inspire patients to cook healthy meals at home in an effort to fight obesity. He says many people lack basic cooking skills and need help and inspiration to prepare a home-cooked meal.
