Sweet drinks increase high-calorie cravings

Researchers said people who drink two sweetened drinks a day become less sensitive to sweet tastes within a month and are more likely to seek out high-calorie food. "This research shows how little sweet food stuffs are required to actually change your taste perceptions, and how powerful sweet-tasting products are," said a study author.
