European airlines add baggage, other fees

Passengers on European airlines are beginning to experience what those on their American counterparts long have dealt with -- extra fees for baggage, meals and other services. Passenger fees on British Airways, Air France, KLM and other airlines come as the European economy continues to struggle, and experts predict long-haul flights increasingly will feature the extra charges.
