Ohio school graduates more students under cash-incentive program

An Ohio high school has seen the largest graduating class in its history, a milestone officials attribute, in part, to a program offering students cash incentives for good attendance, good behavior and productivity. Principal Ramone Davenport said the program gives the added push that the school's population of at-risk students need to be successful.
