Study: Mobile users are comfortable with location sharing

More than six in 10 mobile users voluntarily share their locations with application providers, revealing a widespread tolerance for personal data sharing, according to a study by Urban Airship. "Assumptions around consumers being reluctant to share location are false and massively short-sell mobile," Urban Airship CEO Scott Kveton said.
