Study: Women are struggling with work-life balance

Many women struggle to balance their personal and professional lives, and only 16% report high levels of satisfaction with their lives, according to a study by Megan Dalla-Camina, author of "Getting Real About Having It All." Change has to come from the top levels of leadership to address this problem, she said. "Seventy percent of the workplace culture originates with the leader," she said.
