NASA chief says manned-missions cost can be reasonable

NASA chief Sean O'Keefe told a group of business executives that President Bush's call for manned space missions can be accomplished without overspending. "All of the exploration objectives can be implemented within a budget that keeps pace with inflation and not much more," O'Keefe said.
