$27M baseball stadium planned for Minnesota minor league team

Developers are planning a $27 million, 7,300-seat stadium in Burnsville, Minn., for the minor league Metro Millers baseball team. The developers say they have the equity and financing to build the 13-acre project, but they are asking the city to underwrite road and sewer improvements for it.
