Cleveland considers $160 million port-relocation plan

Community leaders in Cleveland are drumming up support for an ambitious, expensive plan to move the city's entire port three miles from its current location. The $160 million project would not only allow the port to double in size but would also open up valuable lakefront property to help revitalize the city. The port authority has already chosen a location and is working with the Army Corps of Engineers to confirm its suitability.
