Motorola sued over wireless-video invention

Wireless-technology firm Memorylink is suing Motorola to regain control of patents and profits to date from a breakthrough for real-time transmission of wireless video the Wisconsin-based company claims it invented. In its filing, Memorylink said it unwittingly surrendered much of its patent rights to Motorola, which claims the suit is "without merit."
