Some travelers still opt for the shortest line

The TSA has set up a new system for speeding up airport security lines. Travelers reportedly seem to welcome the new system, which allows people to choose among lines for experienced travelers, casual travelers and families. However, some travelers pick the shortest line, regardless of category. The TSA has launched the program at 21 airports.
