Wright Medical unit faces SEC probe

The Securities and Exchange Commission will investigate a subsidiary of Wright Medical Technology for possible violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. In an SEC filing Tuesday, the company said it will fully cooperate with the review of its medical-device sales in other countries.
