Successful managers have family time

Entrepreneurial strategist Gladys Edmunds writes that successful business people do not let long hours and other activities harm their families. If managers find they cannot get everything done in a day, they need to evaluate whether to delegate and re-evaluate goals as well as making a point of having time with their families. "Before we can successfully manage a business, we should be able to manage ourselves," Edmunds writes.
