The U.S. and the U.K. offer global-property investors the best opportunities right now, says Steve Buller, fund manager for Fidelity, speaking at REITWeek 2010. Other areas such as certain markets in Europe and Asia have additional considerations. There are the debt woes in Europe that are, in some cases, unfairly impacting property markets. In Asia, some securities include a residential for-sale component, which is influenced by policy decisions in such countries as China.
