Project Learn puts youngsters in the kitchen

A Pennsylvania private school called Project Learn teaches students about cooking techniques and food, starting in kindergarten. The kindergarten and first-grade class cooks and eats food made from scratch starting with the "letter of the week," and older students collaborate on meals that might include homemade noodles or cake with fondant.
