Oldest seniors need an introduction to the Internet

Only about a third of seniors over 75 are online, and most of them have only slow dial-up connections. While efforts are afoot to help older adults once they have a computer and a connection, more effort is needed to introduce the technology to new users in the higher age brackets, writes Laurie Orlov.
