Chef Daniel Boulud's latest cookbook offers cocktails tailored to the drinker's sex, such as sour, dry citrusy recipes for women and smoky, woody flavors for men. "Gone are the days when people were satisfied with sipping a standard glass of Champagne or vodka martini," he said. "Cocktails are being revolutionized in terms of ingredients and presentation. I think this has particularly attracted the modern woman, so we decided to work out which cocktails they prefer."
