Chobani story provides lessons on innovation

The success of Hamdi Ulukaya, founder and CEO of Chobani yogurt, carries lessons for other businesses about the value of innovation, writes Oliver Pursche, president of boutique money management firm GGFS. "When you think of yogurt, innovation, opportunity and entrepreneurship aren’t the first ideas that come to mind," Pursche writes. "But that's exactly what Hamdi saw in 2005 when he bought a shuttered yogurt plant in the upstate New York town of New Berlin, just east of the fertile Finger Lake district."
