Docs see little upside to consumer ratings of physicians

A survey by the American College of Physician Executives revealed 55% of responding physicians think few of their patients use doctor rating websites. Just 12% of respondents said they saw benefit in online reviews, and 19% of those who had checked their profiles said the assessments were not accurate.
