Coca-Cola Chief Sustainability Officer Bea Perez says she decided to tackle childhood obesity after an eye-opening meeting with scientific experts. It took work to persuade top executives to take action. "I shared the information I had learnt with [CEO Muhtar] Kent, and he said we have to make a commitment -- people will forgive us if we make mistakes and will not if we don't do anything."
